Mr. Hong Weidong,born in September 1966,has a bachelor's degree and EMBA degree from Tsinghua University. He is the founder,chairman and CEO of Yusys Technologies. He has won the "2012 Excellent Chairman," "Top Ten Financial Technology Enterprise Outstanding Person Award," "China's Financial IT Enterprise Elite," "Ernst & Young - Entrepreneur of the Year Award," and many other honors.
Experience
In 1990 he graduated from the Automation Department of Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
From December 1994 to June 1999,he served as executives in a  foreign venture and a domestic Fintech company.
From June 1999 to June 2006 he founded Beijing Yusys Hongtai Technology Development Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Yusys Technologies) and served as the CEO of Yusys Hongtai.
In January 2005 he graduated from the EMBA of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management with a master's degree in business administration.
Since October 2006 he has served as the Chairman and CEO of Yusys Technologies.
In 2019 he enrolled in the GFD course at the PBC School of Finance,Tsinghua University.

Dai Steve Shiping has a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania . From August 1999 to January 2002 he served as the manager of the merger and acquisition department of UBS Investment Bank. From October 2002 to December 2003 he served as the vice president of Sichuan Small and Medium-size Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership. From March 2004 to June 2007 he served as the vice president and CFO of Beijing Taihong Investment Co., Ltd., from June 2007 to May 2009 he served as the senior vice president and CFO of Beijing Beyondsoft Co., Ltd.. Since May 2009 he has served as the company's senior vice president, CFO, director and board secretary.

Mr. Ouyang Zhongcheng is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. He was born in February 1973 and has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Northeastern University. From July 1995 to October 2001 he served as the section chief of Shenyang Branch of China Construction Bank. From October 2001 to December 2001 he served as the technical director of Shanghai Sanjian Technology Co., Ltd.. From January 2002 to November 2008 he served as Yusyshong Thai Project Manager, Department Manager, and General Manager; since November 2008 he has successively served as the company's senior vice president and chief operating officer. Additionally, he serves as the deputy general manager.

Ms. Wu Hong, Chinese nationality, holds a master's degree from Tsinghua University. Co founder of Yusys Technologies. She has been serving as the vice president of the company since June 2006,currently serves as the director and vice general manager of the company.

Mr. Fan Qinghua,Chinese nationality. He was born in July 1966 and has a master's degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. From January 1992 to November 1995 he was the manager of Guangzhou South China Information Technology Co., Ltd.. From December 1995 to December 1999 he was the general manager of Guangzhou Xinjian Computer System Co., Ltd.. From January 2000 to October 2007 he served as the general manager of Guangzhou Yusys Hongtai Technology Development Co., Ltd., the manager of Guangzhou Yusys Yicheng since November 2007 and the vice president of the company since January 2013. He is the company's deputy general manager.
